Diversity.

Our Commitment

We define innovation as the pathway to bettering our communities, our businesses and our livelihoods. True innovation can only occur when diversity of thought and perspective are a part of the process. We believe that the entrepreneurs coming through our accelerator should mirror the diversity in the communities that their innovations will impact. That is why we are devoted to empowering and increasing diversity within the fintech, insurtech and healthtech space.

Our Company

RevTech Labs is one of the few majority female and Latina owned entrepreneurship centers and accelerators in the country. We pride ourselves on building a diverse team to fuel our own innovation and create a workplace that celebrates individuality and fosters inclusion.

Our Programs

Over half of RevTech Labs' accelerator classes covering the span of 9 years and 14 classes, have a female founder or founder of color on their founding team.

Our Events

The RevTech Labs team organizes all of its annual conferences and events with one key goal in common - assembling a stage of globally diverse voices from different backgrounds, races, and genders to help revolutionize fintech, insurtech, and healthtech. To this end, we make a conscientious commitment to bring together speakers and thought leaders who truly represent the growing diversity of these industries and our greater society.

Our Venture135 conference is one of the largest venture conferences in the Southeast, and each year we include a Seed Stage pitch party on each vertical day with a specific focus on Traditionally Underrepresented Founders. It is our hypothesis that if we put these early-stage companies on our stage now and introduce them to the right folks, we can give them the growth opportunities they need to move further down the pipeline, and we can finally begin seeing later-stage tech companies that are a positive representation of diversity.
