International Landing Pad.

The focus for the International Landing Pad program is to establish a framework for overseas companies’ successful foundation in the United States. This includes a connection to our partners in sales, marketing, accounting, and law to provide their respective services to these arriving companies.


This program is best suited for international companies looking for access to the US marketplace that have established product-market fit in other countries and have also secured a level of funding adequate for international growth. We are considering companies in fintech, proptech, insurtech, investech, and regtech.

Program Overview 

Rolling Admission

12-month rolling admission with up to 20 international companies per year. Year-round recruitment and onboarding, though the number of startups per vertical may vary 


Presentations at Selection Day, Demo Day, and our conference, Venture135 (the largest venture conference outside of SF and NYC), as well as participation in RTL’s Deal Week.


Introductions to RevTech Labs’ sponsors with potential partnerships, POCs, pilots, and customer discovery sessions coordinated by the RTL team.

Cost of Living

Charlotte is host to a number of corporate headquarters and, with affordable housing and cost of living being 1.2% below national average, it offers a seamless transition to life in the US.

The best part of the RTL program was the mentorships and board meeting program. Through both of these, we were able to make our company truly investment ready. We raised a round of funding shortly after finishing the program - our round was made up of almost all contacts we made during the accelerator program as well as investors who came on after seeing us at Demo Day. Often as a startup, I've felt like we were shouting (pitching) into a void, but RTL's contacts are legit and the preparation for the Demo Day was exactly what we needed to be able to take advantage of the opportunities we were presented with.
