Dan is a prolific serial entrepreneur with corporate roots. He started his career doing marketing for Fortune 500s like General Mills, Colgate Palmolive, and M&M/MARS. Dan also served on the Operating Committee of Bank of America as the Brand & Advertising Executive. Dan began his entrepreneurial career in 2003 as was one of the co-founders of Red Ventures, and has co-founded three different companies that have made it to the INC 500 list of fastest growing private companies in America.

Sara Garcés-Roselli is a solutions-focused Entrepreneur, Senior Executive and Thought Leader with more than 20 years of success across the marketing, advertising, oil and chemical, telecommunications and consumer product industries. Leveraging extensive experience managing and directing business operations, she is a valuable asset for companies, that are struggling with branding and strategy, succession planning, transitioning to the next business stage, or need a fresh perspective as they work to grow effectively into a larger scale company.

Director of Operations
Ashley is the Director of Operations at RevTech Labs. In her current role, she manages and oversees the daily operations for the program, marketing, sales, and events departments. She works closely with the Founder and Managing Director to ensure company growth and success. Ashley's background is in events and marketing planning and operations, with most of her career spent in the non-profit sector. She spent over five years running marketing campaigns and producing fundraising events for various non-profits in Western New York, and spent two years developing marketing plans and managing client budgets for maximum ROI at a digital advertising agency.

Conferences & Events manager
Shannon is a New York native with an extensive background in meeting and conference planning. As the Manager of Conferences and Events, Shannon plans and executes the annual event portfolio including Venture135, Health Innovation Summit, and the Fintech + Insurtech Generations conferences. She began her career in hospitality industry and quickly established a reputation for success in event planning and operations. Melding her passion for community involvement with her professional skillset, Shannon pivoted to planning in the NFP and Association sectors, ultimately relocating to Charlotte in 2022.

marketing & Sales coordinator
Sarah recently moved to Charlotte after receiving a BBA in Marketing from Texas Christian University. She has a passion for social media management and will be assisting in the development of RevTech Labs' marketing strategy. Additionally, her role offers support to the RTL sponsorship team.

Relationship Manager
Richie graduated from Clemson University with a degree in Business Marketing after retiring from an eight year professional baseball career. Since then, he's become involved in seed-round investing and helping companies navigate early-stage business development.

Laura Kennedy
Relationship Manager
Laura graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in journalism. She worked as a territory manager in the optical field for 14 years in North and South Carolina before joining RevTech Labs. Impressively, Laura achieved a yellow belt in Sixth Sigma and is working on the next level. She is a marathon runner and and animal lover.

Kasie JAckson
PROGRAM manager
Kasie is a graduate of Appalachian State University with a degree in Workforce Leadership and Innovation. In her role, she coordinates and schedules program logistics for the accelerator program. Kasie is committed to assisting entrepreneurs through each cohort by being detailed and communicative so they can experience profitability and success.

Caroline is a recent graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and received her Bachelor's of Arts in Communication Studies with a minor in Journalism. She is passionate about events, creating memorable high touch experiences, and building the community.
