Dan Roselli and Sara Roselli, Co-founders of RevTech Labs
This year’s Power 100 is a little different.
That’s not actually news, since every year CBJ changes the focus of our selection of 100 key local leaders. In 2022, we identified 100 job creators driving the region’s growth beyond the pandemic.
Last year, Power 100 focused on leaders in diversity, equity and inclusion — the people who are critical to ensuring Charlotte maintains a competitive advantage while helping build a climate for success.
And now come the innovators — people who are introducing new methods, ideas or products.
Power 100 Innovators is about all of Charlotte, about the people who are blazing new trails. Many are leaders in technology, from fintech to software development to AI innovation to university research. But there is much more here.
Our innovators are leaders in their communities and within their companies or organizations. They are from the region’s institutions of all sizes, from top corporate and business executives to startup founders, as well as nonprofit, civic and political leaders. They have opened new revenue channels and growth opportunities across all industries and delivered on big plans or projects that have the potential to diversify the region’s economy.
