Co-Founder & Managing Director

Dan Roselli

Dan is a prolific serial entrepreneur with corporate roots. He started his career doing marketing for Fortune 500s like  General Mills, Colgate Palmolive, and M&M/MARS. Dan also served on the Operating Committee of Bank of America as the Brand & Advertising Executive. Dan began his entrepreneurial career in 2003 as was one of the co-founders of Red Ventures, and has co-founded three different companies that have made it to the INC 500 list of fastest growing private companies in America.

Sara Garces Roselli

Sara is is a solutions-focused Entrepreneur, Senior Executive and Thought Leader with more than 20 years of success across a variety of industries. She is a valuable asset for companies and offers a fresh perspective as they work to grow and scale. Working with and investing in female founders and founders of color is a cornerstone of her work with start-ups. She Co-Founded Packard Place in 2010 to build a more robust and innovation oriented entrepreneurial ecosystem in Charlotte. Prior to that she owned and operated a two time Inc 500 winning marketing company. Most recently, she was recognized the Charlotte Business Journal as a Power 100 Executive for being a diversity champion. She is bi-lingual, bi-cultural and of Colombian descent.

Director of Accelerator Programs

Kasie Jackson

Kasie is a graduate of Appalachian State University with a degree in Workforce Leadership and Innovation. In her role, she coordinates and schedules program logistics for the accelerator program. Kasie is committed to assisting entrepreneurs through each cohort by being detailed and communicative so they can experience profitability and success.

Director of Partnerships & Events

Sarah Yates

Sarah moved to Charlotte after receiving a BBA in Marketing from Texas Christian University, and now works remotely in Chicago. She has a passion for social media management and leads the development of RevTech Labs' marketing strategy. In conjunction with marketing, Sarah also manages all partnerships and sponsorships of the RTL accelerator program and yearly events. Additionally, Sarah lead the planning and execution of RevTech's two major conferences & smaller throughout the year.

Marketing & Events Intern

Samantha McKee

Samantha is a student at Queens University of Charlotte and supports RevTech Labs in the planning and execution of major conferences & events, including marketing, partner coordination, and event logistics. She also assists with social media strategy and content creation, developing materials for partners and sponsors, and contributing to on-site execution during conference week.
