My tenure as Chairman of the National Credit Union Administration Board, appointed in 2019, underscored a commitment to ensuring safe and sound credit union system, expanding access to affordable financial services, and promoting fintech to advance financial inclusion. I firmly believe that financial inclusion is a defining civil rights issue of our time.
Prior to my appointment at the NCUA, I was at the forefront of corporate responsibility at JPMorgan Chase, creating partnerships that advance financial inclusion throughout the nation.
